Bill graduated from the
University of Kentucky in 1966. He then worked for Peat, Marwick,
Mitchell & Co. (now KMPG) out of the St. Louis office. Bill has
extensive experience in transportation and worked for eight years as the
Chief Financial Officer of a $100 million trucking company. He has been
the Chief Executive Officer of Arthur & Company for thirty years. He
is certified in both the State of Missouri and the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. He is a member of various state societies. Bill has been
active in various civic organizations over the years. Bill has a son
Mike, and a daughter Tracy, who are also accountants. He has three
grandchildren Logan, Bailey and Jake. |

Joyce is a native
of Michigan. She earned her B. S. Degree from Michigan State University.
Joyce has extensive bookkeeping experience and is familiar with a
variety of general accounting software, as well as, tax and research
software. She also has prepared both individual and corporation tax
returns for many years. Joyce has been with Arthur & Company for
nineteen years. Joyce is married to Randy Workman and has one son,
Corey, who is attending the University of Kentucky. |
